- Description
-
TimeScience is working with Alta Ski Area's Environmental Center to develop protocols for using gigapixel imagery to facilitate earlier detection and remediation of mountain pine bark beetle infestations in Little Cottonwood Canyon, Utah.
This current set of panoramas were hand shot to help with site selection. Resolution of the images used for data collection will be in the 2-5 gigapixel range.
The weather started to get cloudy towards the end of the day so some images have reduced visibility.
