Gigapan Pro + Canon 7D + 18-55...
Just around the corner from www.gigapan.org/gigapans/70181/
Noteworthy (tm) are the two beggars in the church doorway who were accosting locals as they went in. I say 'noteworthy' because in the UK I think they would be politely but firmly moved on by someone in authority, but here they seemed to be treated as part of the church experience. Some people going into the church had a bit of a chat with them (if you look carefully you can see the ghost of someone doing just that) in what seemed like a friendly way. I wasn't close enough to hear what was being said - I guess it might have been "Why don't you get a job?" but I don't think so. I have to say I found this quite touching. It seems to me that in the UK people living on the street are assumed to be there through choice and drug-addicts. One day I saw a guy, middle aged and generally well turned out begging on the Street in Bath. He said "Homeless, spare change?" to a lady that was passing and she said "You'll only spend it on drugs". What an unspeakable cow! I nearly gave her a piece of my mind but I was so angry that I would have probably done more harm than good so I let it slide.
