Description

90% of the city's population live in high rise apartments. These blocks are 40 storeys high, some go up to 50 levels. It takes a fair amount of neighbourliness and public-spirited behaviour for such close living - no wonder that killer litter, grafitti and vandalism are sternly frowned upon.
