A view of the north end of the beach. This shot was taken during the Penrose Conference "Google Earth: Visualizing the Possibilities for Geoscience Education and Research" during which I was instructing my colleagues in the capture of GigaPan images. We had about half a dozen GigaPan units lined up beside me shooting pretty much the same scene (in case it already looks familiar).
