Downtown Vancouver is a 160° view of downtown Vancouver, BC Canada. The image is a composite of 1380 individual photos taken on December 17, 2010 using a GigaPan EPIC Pro, Canon EOS Rebel T2i and a Canon EF 400mm f/5.6L USM.
Camera settings: Aperture f/11, Exposure time 1/640, ISO 400
The famous North Shore Mountains (Cypress, Lions, Grouse and Mt. Seymour) are in the backdrop. On the left is English Bay. Spanning the width is False Creek with Yaletown condos on the left, Cambie Street Bridge (center), and on the right, BC Place Stadium with its new retractable roof under construction, Rogers Arena, Port Metro Vancouver, Olympic Athlete's Village and Science World. The tallest building (center) is the Living Shangri-la Tower.

Thanks Stoney! Everything was stitched with GigaPan Sitcher v1.1.1240 with vignetting correction off. I used the camera's built-in peripheral illumination correction. I then cleaned up the 'stitch joints' (mostly of cars, people and street details) in Photoshop. Sky, mountains, buildings were unaltered.

Very nice Ronnie :) I especially like the BC ambulance helicopter and the clarity of the mountains. Did you use the dehazer in APG RC 2.5? Also the sky is blended very well. Did you need to apply adjust vignetting or use in camera peripheral illumination? And I thought the plane was a spec of dust until the dust move around and I zoomed in. This is expecially good for 10 gigapixels :)
