You need to make a few adjustments. First you need
to use manual exposure and a white balance preset
such as sunlight instead of automatic exposure and
automatic white balance. Second you need to reduce
the ISO down to 200 as you have plenty of light.
You also do not need to use f/11. f/8 would
probably be better. Third, I think it would be
much better to photograph from a position that is
closer to the bridge.
