First atempt in very poor weather but couldn't wait. You know what it's like out of the box instructions still sealed in the bag?

Hi Ron Welcome to Gigaland and I hope that you had a great Hogmany. An excellent first try. I'm a little puzzled about the focus though. I found that with subjects containing a lot of sky it is often better to take the shots in rows rather than columns. Also it's wise to take an exposure off a neutral grey card and set the camera to manual exposure, focus and white balance and to use the lowest ISO possible to reduce noise. When you've published it, try to geocode the shot too to help others identify the location. Happy gigging Keith
