This beautiful house was built in 1906. It served as a parsonage and boarding house for teachers of a Christian school. 104 years old, 2 working fireplaces, 4 floors including the full finished basement (as an old fashioned English pub), a full rustic but wonderful attic that serves as a warm play area for the children and it is fully airconditioned with two air conditioners to keep it all cool in the warm St. Louis summers.
