The Melvin L. Newman Wetlands Center covers 32 acres and is located in Clayton County Georgia, near Atlanta. It has a variety of flora and fauna and is a favorite location for Atlanta area birdwatchers. This view, which contains 123 images shot at 400mm (ca. 600mm equivalent for this sensor), is from the elevated platform spanning the marshes. Turtles are seen sunning on logs in the marsh.
