Every time we look more closely we find the unexpected. It could be water erosion on Mars, traditional foods offered in a market catering to people we think of as the 'enemy,'
and then we can start looking more closely.
"There is plenty of room at the bottem," said a guileless Feynman. And as the poem goes
"Big fleas have little fleas,
Upon their backs to bite 'em,

and so, ad infinitum."
As for me, I am discovering a deep desire for this work.
