    Thank you, Gordon. I am happy to hear that, I really like 360*180 panos because you have the feeling of being in the photographer's place. I hope to get one "GigaPan" soon.

    Hi Payam, GigaPans are indeed able to take 360x180 panos. The only limitation is to the type of camera that you are using, as this may limit vertical movement throughout the entire range of 180. My camera has this limitation which can be resolved by changing the camera, or using the GigaPan at a 90 degree angle to its normal angle. This can be achieved but sometimes the stepper motor complains and wont move.
