The lovely Scottish Borders with the Eildon Hills and Floors Castle.
This lovely area of the country is virtually unspoiled by modern living. Floors Castle, used in the film Tarzan is the home of the Duke and Duchess of Roxburghe and is open to the public during the summer.
Peinelheugh monument to the battle of Waterloo is on the land of Lord Ancram and the view from the top is fantastic. The key can be obtained from the estate office. The Eildon hills were favourites of Sir Walter Scott and can be seen from all over the Borders.
This large GP comprises 47X5 shots = 235 taken on my Canon Sx1 set to manual.
