It's been far too long since I've shot a new GigaPan and frankly I'm a bit rusty. Nonetheless, I believe this is my first GigaPan shot with Canon T2i (which I have definitely not yet mastered) and the newer model Epic100 GigaPan robot. It's a result of my rustiness that this shot is a little underexposed. Focus issues are a byproduct of my inexperience with the T2i.
This shot is taken on the north side of Hays, KS, not far north of I-70 and Wal-Mart (which is hidden behind the John Deere dealership). The milo (sorghum) is just beginning to ripen and probably won't be harvested for another couple of weeks. This field is adjacent to the one where I shot this GigaPan of wheat that was about to be harvested last July: www.gigapan.org/gigapans/43918/
