No, the steeple doesn't actually look like that. There seems to be a gravity well in the stitching software. In previous versions of of the stitching software I'd go to the saved projected images and clean this up in Photoshop, but since that feature has been removed in the current version of Stitch I'll leave this as is as another reminder to the programmers that we'd really like that feature back.
