- Description
-
This view is towards the northern side of the Coorong. The Murray River is working its way to the sea. A great barrier of sand dunes encloses this area as a virtual lake.
A great place for birds. Ducks and Oystercatchers are in this image. A few km south are a set of islands known for their pelican colonies.
