Although this fractal should not be on this site, I have placed it here for a reason. The latest hardware and software advances have made it possible for larger images to be displayed than ever before. Stitching, zooming and uploading large images does not have to be limited to photography and I hope someone will create a similar site for large digital art. works

I totally agree with the subtitle of this image, and I also think that this is indeed one of the most exciting direction numerical art may take in the future. Thanks for expliciting this

Thank you, illah. I wasn't sure how it would be received. I looked at the "tree of life" and the Mandelbrot. I started out using the Mandelbrot but now use my own algorithms, some of which contain over 100 characters.

It is great to see art on the site too! Search for "Tree of life" as another example; and the Mandelbrot set is on the Gigapan site as well.
