This is the result of a confused computer trying to stitch together a 360-degree panorama. LIke it's its own little world. The Heidelberg Project site is a two-block-long area in the lower East Side of Detroit (about five minutes from Downtown) where one man, Tyree Guyton, installed artwork on a house across from his where crack dealers were set up. The artwork brought so much attention that the dealers left. The project has since become a vehicle for transforming the neighborhood, its youth, and community life. The Heidelberg Project (www.heidelberg.org
) is a Detroit-based community organization designed to improve lives and neighborhoods through art.
