This panorama was taken upon my entering into the Washington Park, Hyde Park Chicago, from the east entrance. When I got beside the lake, I was put into awe by this sight. It was an afternoon with all its glories. It was quiet; and the sun shining its golden rays. This is a typical prairie ecosystem that populate across the Great Plains. Its richness in the variety of plant species and animal species is representative across the Plain.
