Part of a series of images taken with Man Garnier (www.gigapan.org/profiles/27192/ ). This one was taken by me with a 7D, Pro and a 70-200 lens at Brean Down with Weston-Super-Mare across the bay.
The field where this was taken was covered in goats and there was a giant sand castle-building contest on the beach during the day but I seem to have missed both ...
You can see where this pano was taken in www.gigapan.org/gigapans/11664/ which was taken from Crook Peak (annoyingly, just off the right edge of this pano).

The credit for compostion and camera settings belongs to Man Garnier (www.gigapan.org/profiles/27192/ ) who I was shooting with. As far as the exposure goes, I got lucky - a simple cut-and-paste approach to tone-mapping worked first time.
