A few views at the Sandpiper Golf Course in Goleta, California, in some order from bottom to top: clubhouse east side from 1st tee; avoiding a tornado/waterspout at the 5th green; a view south of 6th green of Santa Barbara Channel islands and to west bluffs to Bacara Resort and Venoco oil company pier; 10th tee views across to 18th green and pond; 11th west view to beach and Pacific Ocean; 12th fairway view west over 10th green to Venoco oil/gas processing plant and slough; 13th look back on fairway to west; and 17th fairway view north to Santa Ynez coastal mountain range, clubhouse south face and driving range. Too bad it costs $150 a round, but it keeps the riff-raff out? Taken with Canon Powershot SD790, stitched with Microsoft Image Composite Editor, and collage with Photoshop CS4.
