The final chamber of the Franklin Delano Roosevelt Memorial in Washington DC. Additional information is available here: history1900s.about.com/library/weekly/aa061401a.htm  The statue of Eleanor Roosevelt is also visible in the panorama.

The panorama was shot at mid-day when the memorial was open, and in the middle of a light rain. There were tourists all over the place. Nearly 1000 sub-images were captured to compile the panorama. There are not that many in the final image, but many of them were shot at least twice (or three times), to guarantee that they could be pieced together to remove all the people and just focus on the structure.
