Description

This beautiful tree is in one of the oldest and certainly most significant historical areas of Hilton Head Island. This landmark is now threatened by "progress". The tree cutters ribbons can be seen in the second snapshot.

I intend to take more photos of this huge living being in an attempt to further capture its size.
