This is an excellent opportunity that was not fully realized. It was captured from an apartment rooftop at 200mm using a Canon 100 to 400mm f4L series lens. I used a large portrait reflector to block the wind which was blowing in a regular direction. For urban night shots it is best to exposure bracket to capture the different exposures. I used a single exposure to save time. It would have been much better to place the imager and lens inside of a small tent to sheild it from the wind and allow a longer focal length. However, I did capture this scene earlier just after sunset using a shorter lens to capture the magical blue sky. Hopefully, I will have another chance to use a small tent and adequately exposure bracket this scene.
