Gigapan Pro + Canon 7D + 18-55...
This simple park in Bath looks nothing special, and it is out of the way - on the route from nowhere to nowhere, but it is a very pleasant place to chill due the effort made by the gentleman who holds the lease on the refreshments hut. He has made the seating area very pleasant, brought in all Fairtrade/organic produce and there is even a DJ on Sunday afternoons.
AP is definitely gaining a reputation as a happening place. Check it out at www.alicepark.co.uk
It isn't immediately obvious how to make an interesting gigapan in this park - short of going on a really busy sunny day and paying everyone to keep still :-) But I have some ideas up my sleeve - such as this mad rendering: www.gigapan.org/gigapans/45348/
