This is a wee harbour on the Forth, near Edinburgh. The harbour itself is in the shadow of a coal-fired power station that is not exactly the cleanest!
You'll note that the stitcher hasn't been 100% accurate - I can understand with the mast of the yacht because it was moving, but why did the lamp-posts not match up?
