Thanks for the heads-up, Chris. This shot just got some social value! I edited the title to match. Now to wash my gloves in Tecnu. (I did pull one protruding stem off to the side to clear the view.)

These appear to be the stems of poison ivy (Toxicodendron radicans). I hope you have not been suffering the Itchy and Scratchy Show.
