A panorama of the Golden Gate Bridge from the north side from Hendrik point at Mt Tamalpais State Park. I attempted to reduce the effects of the wind by using portrait reflector as a wind block and using a higher shutter speed. The reflector mostly works for wind that originates from one direction or a small range of angles. If there is a wind gust from the other direction, it will not protect the lens from the wind.
There are stitching problems at the top of the bridge and with the guide wires. The stitcher probably used key points based on cloud features more than the bridge. If the exposure is increased it may help some because the features in the clouds would diminish and the features in the bridge may increase. It would be good to be able to edit keypoints, or to have different types of keypoints with the ability to delete keypoints on moving objects.

I need to upgrade my machine to Windows 7 and increase the memory to 8GB before I attempt to stitch this image with autopano pro.

Unless the title to Hendrik Point has changed hands in recent years (since May 2007), then you're still in the Golden Gate National Recreation Area. Can we see a comparison with the image stitched using AutoPano Giga 2.0.6?
