    That "clover" sure looks like _Oxalis_ to me. Other plants have leaves that look like clover, _Oxalis_ is one of them. In Hawaii, the fern _Marsillea_villosa_ looks like a patch of 4-leaf clover, and it's not even a flowering plant. "Real" clover (_Trifolium_ spp.) is a legume with tiny "pea" flowers.
