Description

Throughout northern Mexico, cattle has had unrestricted access to the riparian areas for over a century. Besides finding shade and water, cattle has eroded river banks and eaten young trees, therefore, riparian areas in this region are dissapearing, there is no regeneration and once the old trees die, there are no trees to replace them.
