Smut Putt Heaven is the creation of Austin "yardist" Scott Stevens. Scott uses items that would have otherwise ended up in the trash and makes yard art out of them. Take note of the plastic cap "snakes" that hang from the tree and the beauty school doll heads that Scott uses as the paint for his canvas. Scott helps "Keep Austin Weird!"
