Although the entire pano seems to be ok, there are many problems in the detail of 2-rowed 3d-panos when anaglyphs are rendered first with StereophotoMaker (ver.4.13) and then stitched with the Gigapan stitcher. IMO, this has nothing to do with the Digicam itself..
This 360° panorama is a Dubois-Anaglyph optimized for red/cyan goggles.

Hi John, thanks for informing me about your methode! I have to experiment all these tricks to get better results. I think the parallaxes of each frame have to be set manually prior to the Gigapan- or PanoramaFactory (or else) stitching process. I have many 3D panoramas from US- and Australian deserts and will find a way to become propper results.

This looks pretty good overall. There are automatic settings for alignment in StereoPhoto Maker that I no longer use for panoramas. I use a value alignment setting where I choose some key frame, do manual adjustments, record the setting, and enter this data into the multiconversion window. Stitcher likes to recieve uncropped images (I think) so that it can calculate the fl of the taking lens and apply this correction. I have also had issues with anaglyphs not stitching well. It probably helps to tweak the contrast (gamma setting) in multiconversion.
