This shot is a composition of three different camera positions along the same horizontal line. I wanted to see how the Stitcher handled a set of images from different locations. It produced a digital David Copperfield illusion and made the 7th Street Bridge disappear! I also took an hour break between the shots and you can see newly arrived cloud cover over the second half of the panorama. Heavy bus traffic caused several problems. One, that bridge shakes when they roll by and a 5 second long exposure picked up some of that movement. Buses also prevented me from shooting on the traffic lanes. As an experiment I think it came out well. I want to do this again later at night with a better camera. I really enjoy the almost 360 deg. view of the Northside, Allegheny River, Downtown and back again.

If you captured this using camera RAW try converting the images to about 2900 Kelvin and restitch it. Great subject : )

The "Three Sisters" bridges, and a fabulous panorama of Pittsburgh at night. 6th Street Bridge = Roberto Clemente Bridge 7th Street Bridge = Andy Warhol Bridge 8th Street Bridge = Rachel Carson Bridge It looks like the gigapan was taken from the 7th Street Bridge.
