Comments on Gigapan: 360-degree-view from the upper canopy of an old-growth forest

  2. Overcast conditions are best for 360-degree panoramas, but I could not resist trying to capture this view even though there were few clouds in the sky. I mounted the gigapan robot on the top of a dead spire to show this perspective of Prairie Creek Redwoods State Park.
