Every year there is a crazy gathering nearby a little village in the North of Belgium. Thousands of music lovers gathers for a few days of the largest Carribean Festival in the world.
I'm not one of them ;-) But what I saw was impressive. A very large camping ground filled with little tents. Music and barbeques everywhere.
Check out their website and be there next year ... www.antilliaansefeesten.be/nl/index.html
A friend was staying at the festival. Having the time of his life. Taking hundreds of pictures and handing out cards to everyone shot www.latinnet.nl .
I was joining him for a few hours with my camera. When we neared a watchtower for the firebrigade he was not shy in asking the guys if I could go ut there to make a 360 panorama. I myself was firstly too shy to ask and more importantly still checking out the wobly ladder reaching up to that platform. As I would have to climb up there holding a camera, tripod and a gigapan robot.
But I did ... and here is the result ... could have been better, but under the pressure ;-)
