  2. first test shot with gigpan adn my leica dlux 4. The camera is set ant the Black and white setting on the d lux 4, but I used apple aperture to make it look more like tmax 400

    If that's T-max then I'd tell you that your paper grade is too hard. You need to go to a softer grade. It's too contrasty.
