This is the Livingstone River, just a short distance below Livingstone Falls. The river tumbles along the base of a tilted and remarkably flat stone outcrop which has collected, in its cracks and faults, a wide variety of indigenous wildflowers. The growing season is short here so it seems every species that does bloom IS blooming in this early Summer image.
