Taken sitting on the edge of the escarpment of Salisbury Plain. The horse looks lovely at a distance but when you get up close it is a rather disappointing modern concrete thing rather than chalk. It *is* disappointingly modern. The horse even has a drain grating in it. You can't quite make it out but iirc it is at the bottom of the horse's belly.
