  2. Ohiopyle Falls on the Youghiogheny River at Ohiopyle, PA is the largest waterfall in western Pennsylvania. At the center of Ohiopyle State Park the falls marks the beginning of the fabled "lower Yough" a favorite of kayakers. After two heavy rains, the Yough was running high and muddy.
