I am seeing these dark vertical stitching lines on my gigapans too often and am not sure exactly how to calibrate the camera with the Gigapan. My only thought is that the images have to overlap more for the stitcher to work. As it is my images seem to be overlapping by 2/3rds and I don't know why this much is necessary, but I am quite surprised at the accuracy when stitching hundreds of images together. Does anyone else have specific information about how to shoot gigapans and eliminating the dark vertical stitching lines?
