This is my first - but I dare say not last - gigapan with more than 3 gigapixels! 247° view of the old Jewish Cemetary at the Zentralfriedhof (Central cemetary) on the outskirts of Vienna, Austria. Chosen for the depth of the panorama.
Slight exposure problems due to changing weather, but largely okay, just on the left-hand side. Other than that, the stitcher worked pefectly, even if it did take, subjectively, forever to work. Ran about 14 hours, but then again, it is over 600 pictures.
Again, the camera date was set wrong, taken on 4 June, not 5 May.
Zoom in so that the top and bottom are visible, imagine the smell of honeysuckle flowers and a faint noise of traffic and insects, in balance, and you are there. Feel the sun - not too warm, but warm enough - on your skin and you are there...
As always, a super kudo to the gigapan team: this is what it is all about...
