- Description
-
The Confusion Hill project in northern Mendocino County, California, will affect the relocation of around 1.5 miles of State Route 101, to the west via two new bridges. This is being done in order to avoid a notorious rock slide area that extends from the South Fork Eel River to more than 1,000ft on the cliffs above and involving the current highway, which is 140ft above the river.
