12 exposures taken with a Canon 5D MK II and a 180mm macro set to 1/2X. This was composited using GigaPan Stitcher.

    This is an excellent macro panorama : ) Did you focus stack each position? Did you use CombineZM, ZP, or Helicon? Did you use rails as a linear imaging system? Keeping the distance between the subject and your camera constant. The depth of field would be less than 1 mm.
