A view looking northwest from the chapel tower at St. John's College, University of Cambridge, on an exceptionally clear day in late spring. Scenes of note: sunbathers on the grounds of St. John's, punters on the Cam, and Ely Cathedral to the northeast (14.5 miles/23.3 km away!).
