    The Gigapanographer Currently Known as "Kilgore661" (December 15, 2008, 01:23AM )

    For me this is the "original gigapan". It has all the right elements: large and zoomable, lots of interesting details, and it depicts culture that I am unlikely to witness first-hand. I can say without exaggeration that this pano is wholly responsible for my interest in gigapanography and the aims of the Global Connection Project. Thank you Laura.
