I find it most interesting Vicenc, and I do so in
an entirely unjudgemental way, is how new homes
are built right beside the remains of old homes.
In Canada, the old homes would be razed, and a
whole new set of homes built in thier place, and
sold for a massive profit. Here, and in other pans
I've observed over the last few days, it's
almost as if the old homes are treated as
rememberances to those who came before. I
don't even see evidence of the old homes being
razed for material for the new homes. Just an
unjudgemental observance of the difference between
cultures. Thanks for the great pan . . .
