Description

This remarkable waterfall in the Ozark Mountains of Northwest Arkansas has cut a hole through the bluff it must have at one time run over. Due to a largely rainless Fall it was dry when I shot this panorama in late November , but normally a torrent flows through the opening into the pool below (now almost dried up).

The pan was shot from back under the bluff. I was running out of time for unrelated reasons, so I could only do the middle section of the view from this relatively cave-like space. If the falls had been running I would have gotten really wet as the hole is nearly right over my head and the gigapan unit.
