No, I did this with the Nikon P80. I played with the D40 on the gigapan a lot, but in the end I went back to the P80. The D40 sure is a nice walkaround SDLR though. Paul

This is the west side of the Organ Mountains. The eastern side faces White Sands Missile Range. Local legend has it that many of these peaks were first climbed by some of the Germans who accompanied Werner Van Braun when he came over to America.
