Hi Ron (rschott), Thanks for the comment. I have
been enjoyed your Gigapans for a while, especially
the geologic oriented ones. I do have a Gigapan
robot, but more than half photos I posted here
were shooting by hand (used tripod sometime). I
need some time (and a quicker PC) to polish the
ones by Gigapan before posting them for the
reasons we all know. I have a Cannon G9, a Nikon
Coolpix L5, a Nikon Coolpix L18, a Nikon Coolpix
P80, a Sony (?), and used some Nikon DSRL cameras
from friends. The stitching is done using
Photoshop (or some freely download ones, or ones
coming with Nikon cameras) with Gigapan uploader,
or Gigapan stitcher. You know what, I have planed
more NJ panos when it gets warm. Happy
Gigapanning!
Hi miao, A couple of us have been curious what
sort of gear you're using to put together your
GigaPans. What camera? Stitching software? Do you
have one of the GigaPan robots, or you shooting
handheld or manually with a tripod? You've got
some interesting GigaPans. Especially for me since
I grew up in north Jersey. Ron
