Singapore's Clarke Quay is a revamped leisure area that features an innovative air-conditioning system that manages to give visitors the sense that they are in a cooler climate without chilling them out of the al fresco dining that is the signature of Clarke Quay. Notable outlets at Clarke Quay include Singapore's only Hooters, which has enjoyed robust patronage since the day it opened its doors. DOP on this was Marc Campbell of 2xJump Media, I was DOI - Director of Ice Cream. Damn - Singapore can be hot just after lunch!
