You will need red/cyan glasses for viewing this in 3D. I recommend the full screen viewer , zoom to fill the screen, and using the arrows to move left or right.

Not sure how to respond but here goes. I built a platform to move the camera from left to right, with equal centering around tripod mount. Distance is around 6 inches. Took left shots 12 horizontal and 3 vertical with a Nikon D-70 and 35mm lens, then repeated for right shots. Stitched the left pan and then the right pan in Autopano, and then combined the two in Stereo Photomaker. It really rocks with a 360 viewer on the computer with PSPViewer. Would love to see a 360 applet type viewer with Gigapan.
